CHA AI Healthcare, SKAI, and 앤로보틱스 (N Robotics) were named on both the procurement and investment sides in the AI and robot sector. While issuing CBs (convertible bonds), they also engaged in equity investments or acquisitions. The same companies appeared in both transactions to raise funds and transactions to inject funds.
According to DART disclosures classified by Flow Tracer as AI and robot-related companies from March 2024 to March 2026, there were 16 transactions worth 10 billion KRW or more, totaling 509.6 billion KRW. The difference in the number and amount was not significant, with 8 direct investments totaling 256.0 billion KRW and 8 CBs totaling 253.6 billion KRW. AI and robot funds flowed together through the two axes of investment and procurement.
CHA AI Healthcare and SKAI Appeared Together in Both Transactions
CHA AI Healthcare moved a total of 97.5 billion KRW, combining 72.5 billion KRW in CBs and 25.0 billion KRW for the acquisition of Kakao Healthcare. SKAI also reached 83.568 billion KRW by combining 60.0 billion KRW in CBs and 23.568 billion KRW for the acquisition of 스카이인텔리전스 (Sky Intelligence). Both companies appeared together in both fund procurement and investment execution.
앤로보틱스 (N Robotics) is similar. This company left 14.0 billion KRW in CBs in addition to two direct investments, including 23.0 billion KRW in its subsidiary 앤로보틱스 (N Robotics) and 15.292 billion KRW in 광무 (Kwangmoo). Fund procurement and investment execution appeared together within a single company.
Top CB Ranks Were Led by CHA AI Healthcare and SKAI
The total for the 8 CBs is 253.6 billion KRW. CHA AI Healthcare with 72.5 billion KRW and SKAI with 60.0 billion KRW took the 1st and 2nd places, followed by Now Robotics with 33.0 billion KRW, T-Robotics with 27.6 billion KRW, and 시선AI (Siseon AI) with 17.5 billion KRW. Y2 Solution with 15.0 billion KRW, Genix Robotics with 14.0 billion KRW, and 앤로보틱스 (N Robotics) with 14.0 billion KRW are also in the same trend.
Combining just the top two companies amounts to 132.5 billion KRW, exceeding half of the total. Rather than being widely spread, fund procurement was relatively concentrated in a small number of companies. In this segment, CBs clearly revealed their presence.
Direct Investments Also Showed a Similar Scale
The total for the 8 direct investments is 256.021 billion KRW. Doosan Robotics' 64.4 billion KRW investment in D20 Capital and Hyulim Robot's 59.761 billion KRW acquisition of EQ Cell formed the top tier, followed by Polaris AI's 30.0 billion KRW investment in HandySoft, CHA AI Healthcare's 25.0 billion KRW acquisition of Kakao Healthcare, and SKAI's 23.568 billion KRW acquisition of 스카이인텔리전스 (Sky Intelligence).
Adding 앤로보틱스 (N Robotics)'s 23.0 billion KRW subsidiary investment and 15.292 billion KRW in 광무 (Kwangmoo), as well as Y2 Solution's 15.0 billion KRW investment in HRT Robotics, completes the 8 direct investments. Looking solely at the amount, there is no significant difference from CBs. Investment and procurement achieved almost the same weight.

The Scene Was Clear Even Within the Aggregation Criteria
This article only includes direct investments and CBs of 10 billion KRW or more among AI and robot-related disclosures. Therefore, it is closer to the major transaction flows revealed through disclosures rather than the entire AI and robot market.
The most striking scene within it involves CHA AI Healthcare, SKAI, and 앤로보틱스 (N Robotics). They did not stop at procuring funds but also engaged in investment transactions. The trend of procurement and investment interlocking within a single company was clearly revealed in these three enterprises.
